We jumped at the opportunity to brew a super tasty pilsner with our good friend Jairo, the man behind (and the smiling face in front of) Hamburgers Nice! The extra pale color and beautiful lacing on this beer are visually striking - making way for pleasantly saturated floral hop aromatics and flavors. Clean and crisp bitterness and a nice carbonation cap off the sip and provide the perfect liquid to pair with a legendary Long Beach smashburger. This beer could conceivably be the fastest bun in the west!
